The Wonderful Day Isn't Over Yet

I don't know what the weather is like in Yerevan, but it is slowly getting cold here. And as it is a little cold, we are doing everything to get warmer and to make our trip happier. We have already managed to put up our tents, collected wood for the camp fire and played some games.

We have taken the ropeway, gone to Tatev Monastery. We have managed to do and see so many things during one day, it is even very difficult to find words to tell you what we have experienced. Anyway, I will try to tell you a little about yesterday. We started off at 7.30 am. At about 12.30 we were already in Syunik region (marz). At first we hurried to the ropeway. Many of us were afraid of that height, but the wonderful views made us forget about fear. After spending a few delightful minutes here we went to Tatev Monastery and got ready for camping there. Father  Michael told us the whole history of the monastery. After listening to his story we put up our tents not far from the monastery with great difficulty.  The boys and the security staff helped us to make campfire. During this time we managed to get to know each other better by playing different games. We  are still   here. (Միտումնավոր չենք թարգմանում սխալ մտքերը:) We promise to tell you about the night in the tents if we have time.
