My Thoughts about Books and Reading

Books are one of those unique things that people always need, regardless of their age. I’ve always loved reading books since my childhood, I read books now, and I hope that I’ll always read them. My teachers and parents have always been telling me that when we read books at younger age we understand them in one way, but exactly the same book we perceive in another way when we grow up. Our world outlook, point of view, our thoughts and judgments are changing.
I have lots of favorite books, but today I’m going to tell you about a book that I really like. It’s “The Diary of a Young Girl”- Anna Frank. First I read the book in English. I couldn’t find the full English book, but instead of it I found the Armenian one, so I continued reading my favorite book in Armenian. I was reading the book with great interest and so absorbed, that after 2 weeks I realized that I got to the final page of the book.  I don’t like books with sad ending, but this book was really interesting and touching.
Unfortunately most of the young people have changed books with computers. I agree that finding information is much easier searching on the Internet than turning pages and looking through the books, but it doesn’t mean that we should forget  books- our best friends.
Always read books, nothing will replace them.
