Going on an ecological hike and conquering a summit

We climbed up Mount Tezh today. It is 1.5km high and it was easy to climb up. Climbing up seemed shorter than climbing down but nobody complained. While climbing up we had a rest four times and we did that twice while climbing down. When we were climbing up the mountain seemed not so high, it was continually "growing long". While descending we had a rest by a stream and we were told that there was gold in the water but it was in such small particles that it was impossible to take them. At the foot of the mountain we began to collect litter on the way to our camp.
