Reading is a Way of Further Education

Reading is a way of further education for me when it is assigned by the teacher. Reading is also my favourite occupation. I am generally engaged in reading on my holidays and in my free. I like to read short stories, epics, legends, poems which are stories with their beginnings and endings. Most of all I like adventure books. They teach me some experience how to act in different situations. It seems to me that learners can get a chance to express their own ideas and opinions and feel freedom of speech.A foreign language can be learned not only at school with text-books by doing exercises and reading texts. For example, I knew English very badly two years ago and I had much difficulty in reading texts and doing exercises. I began watching films in English and played games in English, visited English sites and so on. In this way I improved my English. This was self-education.
