Long Live Mother Tongues!

It is the club day today and as usual we we search and find informative articles to translate from Armenian into English in order to enrich our English page. The most difficult thing for us is to translate the entries made by our primary schools. Here you can find words which can’t be found in any English dictionaries. For example. “Tiz,Tiz, Aclatiz” and so on. The entries are very joyful and worth being translated but the powerful English language word stock of about 250000 words is not enough to give an adequate translation of our primary school materials, or maybe the reason for that is the fact that we are learning English as a foreign language and not as our mother tongue.  Long live our Mother tongue! Long live Mother Tongues of all the nations!
