About my trip to Spitak

Svetlana Mangasaryan

It was my first visit to Spitak. The journey was very interesting. It was full of events, and I have a lot of impressions. As usual we gathered outside Saint Trinity Church and set off.

They were already waiting for us in Spitak. At first we went to St Harutyun Church in Spitak which has a classic architectural style. The clergyman told us the history of the church and blessed us. Then they saw us to the college where we got acquainted with the students and took part in the round table discussion. We presented our reviews, discussed some eco tour questions, presented our project "Mkhitar Sebastatsi Days". After that we were hosted in Mrs.Tamara's house  in the village of Zigdamal. She received us very well. She told us about the village and why the village is called Zigdamal.  We decided not to sleep at night, but we were so tired that we didn't feel when we fell asleep. We got up in the morning, had breakfast and went to the college to take part in the undertaking called "Autumn, Love, Sadness". We had a wonderful time there. We also sang and danced. We came back to Yerevan after that undertaking.

Thank you very much for giving me such a day.
