Our health is the most important thing in our life. Illnesses affect our minds, our mood and we fall into depression. We become unable to work, get tired very soon preferring to spend our day lying in bed or watching TV. We shouldn’t ignore the flu symptoms of any illnesses and see the doctor to prevent any serious disease.  Fresh and tasty food gives us energy makes us strong. Doing daily exercises and jogging in the morning helps us to be in shape. So we mustn’t put our health at risk because it can have undesirable consequences.

Everyone’s ambition is to be healthy and live long but how can we do it? Scientists create a great deal of medicine for different diseases but we’d prefer to prevent these diseases rather than get ill and then have treatment with medicine.

The best precondition to be healthy is our meal. We have to use healthy food.  We shouldn’t use too much animal fat, sugar, salt and pepper. We should eat more fruits and vegetables with vitamins. I am against diets, because if we eat healthy food will not get fatter.

Life is not only for eating. There are lots of important things in our life, but we eat to get energy and strength in order to be healthy and continue living, working, achieving our aims and fulfilling our dreams.

I know that if we want to be healthy we must eat five times a day and in small portions.  I am against the diets when people eat only once a day and refrain from eating what they like to eat. I enjoy my life without any diets.
