On the organization of reception according to the educational exchange programme "Armenian-Georgian Public Educational Bridges"

A group of 49 people among them teachers and learners from Tbilisi Schools 118, 119, 120, 167 and 132 on January 11-14 will be in Yerevan and will be hosted at the Educomplex according to the educational exchange programme "Armenian-Georgian Public Educational Bridges" implemented with Georgian public educational institutions with the initiative and support of Georgian Free Trade Union of employees of science and education. The purpose of the visit is to get to know the author educational programmes being implemented at the Educomplex and the historical cultural places of Armenia.            

For the purpose of organizing the reception:

  1. Arnold Bleyan is appointed coordinator of recepion. His assistants are Rina Shaginyan and Hripsime Arakelyan.
  2. Arnold Bleyan, Hripsime Arakelyan and Rina Shaginyan are to meet the guests on January 11 on Armenian - Georgian border accompanying them up to the Educomplex making a country study tour.
  3. The reception is considered to be educational work for the Georgian Speaking Clubs.
  4. Professional working groups are to be formed (appendix 1).
  5. The group leaders in appendix 1 are to compile a three-day working plan until January 11, 2015.
  6. Rina Shaginyan and the Georgian Speaking Clubs are to compile a plan of activities performed with Georgian learners (09:00- 14:00) 
  7. The guests are accomodated in the dwelling lodgings of the educational exchange center of the Educomplex. Tatev Bleyan, Gohar Baljyan, Gayane Arakelyan are in charge for accomodation.
  • 11 learners (girls), 6  women-teachers will be accomodated in the Basic School
  • 8 women-teachers in the Fine Art School
  • 19 teachers (3 men and 16 women), 4 learners (boys), the driver   (man) in the School-garden
  1. The reception program compiled by Arnold Bleyan and Naira Nikoghosyan is to be taken into account.
  2. Meals are to be organized:
  • breakfast and supper are to be organized in the kitchens of the School-garden, Fine Art School, Basic School.  
  • Dinner will be in the kitchen of the Fine Art School on January 12, and in the kitchen of the New School on January 13.
  1. All the employees in charge should personally get to know this order.
