The Minister of Nature Protection of RA Visited Eco Tour 2014 International Camp

The second day of the Eco Tour 2014 International camp in Zikatar

Today the camp routine was changed a little because the Minister of Nature Protection of Armenia Aramayis Grigoryan visited us.  The minister was accompanied by Deputy Minister Khachik Hakobyan, some officials of the ministry staff and the village head of Koghb. We had a general training together and then a round table discussion was held. We presented our Educomplex, some eco projects, the 4-year history of the eco tour and our achievements. We also discussed the programme of Eco Tour 2015. Minister Aramayis Grigoryan mentioned that it was an impressive programme and added that they also considered the Sevan problem one of the target objectives and the ministry would support the eco tour participants to realize their project. He also hoped that in time of the Eco Tour 2015 the basin of Lake Sevan, with the rivers flowing into it, would be cleaner.
