Our New Friends from Lagodekhi

An extract from our High School student Anna Stepanyan's diary note.

On February 12-17 educational projects mentioning the national ritual Trndez will be celebrated in the schools of Yerevan "Mkhitar Sebastatsi" Educomplex. The Georgian youth dance ensemble from Lagodekhi join in our celebrations. A similar national ritual is celebrated in Georgia. It is called Chiakokoroba. The members of the Georgian youth dance ensemble Hereti are going to present ritual dances and Georgian national festive dishes.
