The 2nd annual creative gathering of juvenile clubs

The days of the gathering: October 21-26, 2013

Supporters: Ministry of ES of Armenia (educational expenditures, Ministry of ES of Artsakh (accomodation, working place), Ministry of Defence of Armenia (participants' transportation from Yerevan) 

The place of the gathering: the village school in Vank, Artsakh (educational activities), Camp "Gandzasar" (Gandzasar)

Departure: October 21, at 8:00, from the vicinity of Church Holy Trinity, by the route Yerevan-Sevan-Vardenis-Dadivank-Gandzasar

Arrival: October 26, by the route Gandzasar-Stepanakert-Shushi-Goris-Vaik-Yerevan

The content of the gathering: Working out and realization of club projects

Participants: groups of 6 persons in each (5 learners and 1 teacher)

• The juvenile clubs of "Mkhitar Sebastatsi" Educomplex

• Two groups from Region Lori supported by the World Vision Armenia Organization with the development programme of Lori
• The "Agroclub" of the Open School in Tsaghkunk, Region Gegharkunik
• Two groups from Region Armavir supported by the foundation "Kids of Armenia"
• the club of the High School number 4 in Goris, Region Syunik
• Two groups from Region Tavush supported by the foundation "Spiritual Regeneration of Tavush"
• 6 groups from the regions and towns of Artsakh

The participants of the gathering should bring with them sports clothes, a personal note-book/net-book

The trip ticket cost with accomodation and educational expenditures is 15000 Armenian drams for one participant

On October 20, in case of necessity, the participants from regions can be put up for the night in the accomodation for educational exchanges of the Educomplex
