Armenian Georgian Educational Bridges: Press Report

The program "Armenian-Georgian Educational bridges" has been worked out and implemented since 2009 and it has always been supported by the Ministries of Education and Science of Armenia and Georgia. Partnership relationships have been established between "Mkhitar Sebastatsi" Educomplex and more than 20 educational and cultural institutions in Georgia.   

 Georgian specialized course is taught at Middle and High Schools of the Educomplex, and there is also a Georgian speaking club. Every year the groups of learners from Georgian schools take part in the reviews and camps organized by the Educomplex.

Teacher training courses are held in the Educomplex for pre-school teachers, school headmasters, musical teachers and other educators on the initiative of Georgian side. So far 83 educators have taken part in these teacher training courses supported by the Gldan Trade Union. The certificates for the first two groups were given in the Matenadaran. The third group of teachers have been taking part in the course since the 8th of May. The next group will be in the Educomplex on May 23-26.

42 teachers from Georgia are to get their teacher training certificates in Parajanov Home-museum on May 12 at 11:00.
